Refund Policy

Returns Policy

Subject to our refunds policy, we offer a full refund for returns made within seven days of delivery within the UAE and a full refund for returns made within 14 days of delivery outside of UAE (“return period”). All product sales are deemed final after the end of the applicable return period, and we will not accept any return requests after that.

  1. Return Procedure

      1. 1. All returns within the UAE are collected for free by our delivery partner.
      2. 2. All returns from outside of the UAE are solely your responsibility. We advise you to use trackable shipping for international returns. We will not be held responsible for any lost parcels or parcels that get damaged in transit, and we will not be able to offer you a refund until we receive and inspect the returned product. All orders from outside of UAE must be sent to us at:

  2. Returned Product Condition

    We will only issue a refund for a returned product if the following conditions are met:

    1. 1. The returned product must be unused, in its original condition, with all the original packaging and accessories included with the product. Where a complimentary gift was included with the purchase, such a gift must also be returned unused.
    2. 2. In case of returns of defective or damaged products, the defect or damage must not be caused by your negligence or failure to follow the product care/use instructions after accepting delivery.

Refunds Policy

All refunds are subject to our cancellations and return policy.

  1. 1. All refund requests are either approved or rejected by us within seven days of receipt of the returned product. Please note that we will not process any refund requests before the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality check department.
  2. 2. We do not refund any shipping fees, administrative fees paid for cash on delivery options or any customs duties paid by customers on international orders.
  3. 3. After we have inspected the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund request via email.
  4. 4. All refunds are processed according to your original payment method as described hereunder:
    1. a. If you paid for your order through the online payment or credit card on delivery option, the refund will be issued to the payment card you used to pay for your order.
    2. b. If you paid for your order with cash on delivery, the refund will be made to your nominated bank account. We will request you to provide us with your bank details after your refund has been approved. Please note that it is solely your responsibility to ensure that all bank account details provided by you are correct, complete and current. We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the bank details provided by you that lead to refund payment being made to the wrong account.
    3. c. If the returned product was purchased using a gift card or JKB Points, the refund amount will be credited to the same gift card or user account that you used to order the product.
    4. d. All refunds are processed within fourteen days from the date of the refund approval email.
